About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to bring our brand to life through engaging visuals and content across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Design static and motion graphics for social media, email campaigns, website, and digital ads Create original content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms aligned with brand guidelines Assist in developing visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives Edit short videos/reels for social and promotional use Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to ideate and execute creative concepts Maintain consistency across all visual materials Organize and manage design files and media libraries Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (InShot/CapCut etc) Proficiency with collaborative design tools like Figma/ Canva etc Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory Basic video editing and animation skills are a plus Good understanding of social media trends and digital content formats Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly Portfolio showcasing design and content creation work Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Copywriting or scripting abilities Photography or basic photo editing Show more Show less
