Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Referral Partner Marketing

Reach out to and manage relationships with referral and affiliate partners
Support partner campaigns, promotions, and performance tracking.

Content Marketing

Create and publish engaging posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Repurpose and optimize content for multiple channels.

Lead Generation & Outreach

Scrape and qualify leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Maintain and update lead databases and assist with outreach.

Social Media Management

Plan and schedule posts across LinkedIn and Instagram.
Engage with followers and monitor analytics for growth insights.

Preferred candidate profile

1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or lead generation.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, Apollo, or Buffer.
Self-starter with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
