Job Description

Role Overview: You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving solutions in Business Management. As a Business Manager in the Finance team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm. Your role will involve optimizing business performance by driving key initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads, and identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. This dynamic role will align with the priorities of different lines of business, playing a crucial part in assisting senior management and coordinating the deployment of the bank's resources to address strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis. - Organize complex information strategically and compellingly, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. - Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards. - Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps. - Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks. - Identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls. - Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework. - Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions. - Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint. - Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, continually simplifying, improving, and adding value to existing business processes. - Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area. - Prior experience in Business Management, COO role, controls, compliance, or audit. - Proven experience in delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting for various projects and stakeholders with attention to detail and design excellence. - Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda. - Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. - Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions. - Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables). - Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence. - Strong time management and prioritization skills. - Experience with low code automation solutions and process improvement.,
