As a Business Manager in the Finance team at PXT Business Practices, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads, identifying and mitigating business risks, and coordinating the deployment of corporate resources to address strategic objectives. Your dynamic role will require you to lead and coordinate control-related initiatives, maintain project plans, assess program effectiveness, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and facilitate communication forums for control updates. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate control-related initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. - Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and report progress to senior management. - Utilize data-driven methodologies to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Build and maintain relationships with business partners, risk teams, and key stakeholders. - Act as a liaison between business units and control functions to translate technical requirements into actionable practices. - Support risk assessments, control testing, issue management, and regulatory compliance. - Monitor emerging risks and advise on control enhancements. - Provide high responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis. - Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. - Previous experience in Business Management, COO role, controls, compliance, or audit. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations and reporting. - Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Self-motivated, independent, with excellent time management skills. - Experience in low code automation solutions and process improvement is a plus.,
