About the role:
Sprinklr is looking for Backend Engineers who are keen to develop massively scalable, distributed software systems built on strong competencies in data structures and algorithms. So, if you desire to code solutions that involve research and interactivity, Sprinklr is the best workplace to be in.
You will be part of a fast-paced young team, your experience will matter the most and should be genuine and in-depth in subjects you’ve worked on.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products.
Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies.
You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and distributed systems such
as mongo, scylladb, cassandra, apache spark, elasticsearch, kafka, redis and a lot more!
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in backend development, and
propose new ideas and approaches to improve our platform.
What makes you qualified:
Ability to work both independently and in cooperation with others.
0-2 years of Java experience with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms, and a proven track record of contributing to fast-paced, technically demanding projects.
A sense of urgency and ownership over the product.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Intellectually curious and inventive.
Thrives in an open or ambiguous environment. Great attitude towards work and people.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science from a Tier I/II college.
