Product Development Manager

Western Agro Farms is a leader in premium Chicken egg producer, packager & exporter committed to innovation, sustainability, and quality. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Product Development Manager to drive the creation and launch of new products that set us apart in the market. Responsibilities of candidates apply for this position: Collaborate with design and R&D teams to conceptualize and develop innovative products that meet market demands and align with the company’s vision. Develop design of boxes and sleeves that consumers will prefer Generate and evaluate creative ideas to ensure our products stand out from the competition. Develop compelling presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with the marketing team to create and implement product launch strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform product direction. Apply knowledge of business principles, including finance, marketing, and supply chain management, to optimize product profitability and market reach. Conduct marketing activities, including direct outreach to retail supermarkets and potential distribution partners, to introduce and promote new products. Create market for packed eggs buy creating vendors and supermarkets and online portals Compete with companies like EGGOZ and similar companies.
