Kelvin6k, a global leader in construction 3D printing technology, is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the design, iteration, and development of tower cranes or similar advanced systems. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of innovative construction products, ensuring they align with Kelvin6k’s goals of efficiency, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: Product Design and Development : Lead the design and development of tower cranes or similar construction systems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Innovation and Iteration : Continuously improve existing products by analyzing performance, gathering feedback, and implementing iterative design changes. Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with mechanical, software, and material teams to integrate advanced automation, safety features, and sustainable materials into product designs. Prototyping and Testing : Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of new products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and efficiency benchmarks. Market Analysis : Research industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to ensure Kelvin6k’s products remain competitive and relevant. Project Management : Develop timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate product development progress to internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, clients, and senior management. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field (Degree Doesn't Matter). 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably in tower cranes, construction systems, or related heavy machinery. Proven track record of leading product development projects from concept to launch. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, automation, and construction technology. Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools). Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
