Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Engineer located in Noida. The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for researching and developing new products, executing mechanical engineering tasks, and designing innovative lighting solutions. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of products. Daily tasks include product design, analysis, and troubleshooting to maintain the quality and performance of our lighting products.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering and Product Design skills
• Experience in Product Development and Research and Development (R&D)
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Noida
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
