Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Product Specialist) to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in shaping user experiences and ensuring the product vision aligns with user needs. You’ll bridge the gap between design, technology, and business goals to deliver intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into user-centric solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute product vision.
• Monitor user journeys and propose design improvements to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to our evolving design system.
• Assist in product planning and roadmap discussions from a user experience perspective.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related product design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and impactful interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and usability standards.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile/scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
