The Role: Product Designer

What You’ll Do:

Design & User Experience

• Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into clean, empathetic, and functional designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile apps, and dashboards.
• Craft seamless, intuitive user journeys for doctors, patients, and internal teams.

Prototyping & Testing

• Build interactive prototypes (with a

  strong focus on Framer

  ) to test user flows and gather feedback.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from users, clinical teams, and stakeholders.

Brand & Content Integration

• Work with marketing and brand teams to ensure design consistency across platforms.
• Support content creation for social, marketing campaigns, and product collateral.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for scalability.

Who You Are:

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product/UI/UX design (internship or full-time) or a strong portfolio that demonstrates your capability.
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  and

  Framer

  (non-negotiable).
• Basic understanding of responsive design for both web and mobile.

Skills & Mindset

• Strong visual design skills with a good eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end design execution.
• Low ego, collaborative, and open to feedback.
• Bonus: Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender), or video editing is a plus.
