Product Designer

Salary: 12-18 LPA

What You&aposll Do

• Own the end-to-end design of core product features across platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to identify user problems and design elegant solutions.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to drive design decisions and measure success post-launch.
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Champion a user-first mindset and advocate for design excellence across the organization.

What We&aposre Looking For

• 47 years of hands-on product design experience in high-growth startups or product-led organizations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and high-quality UI work, with emphasis on design rationale and impact.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first design, interaction patterns, and usability principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a high bar for craft.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsable to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
