By offering actionable intelligence, Level AI enables organizations to enhance customer experience and drive growth, positioning itself as an adaptive and forward-thinking solution in the industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leverage your product and technology domain expertise to deepen understanding of users and industry landscape - Influence product vision and strategy, aligning work with long-term goals and objectives - Lead customer research initiatives to identify user needs, pain points, and innovation opportunities - Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions addressing user needs and business objectives - Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and documentation to communicate design concepts to stakeholders - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation - Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing results - Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems for consistency across products and platforms **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of SaaS Experience - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Figma as primary tool) - Knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and industry trends - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate design rationale and influence product decisions - Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation - Curiosity with a bias for action, comfortable in dynamic startup environments Level AI is looking for individuals who have hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and familiarity with customer experience and contact center operations to stand out in the role.
