Product Designer - Noida

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your product and technology domain expertise to deepen your understanding of our users and industry landscape
• Influence product vision and strategy, aligning your work with long-term goals and objectives
• Lead customer research initiatives to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions that address user needs and business objectives
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and documentation to communicate design concepts and specifications to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across products and platforms
  

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years + SaaS Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. (Figma is our primary tool)Demonstrated knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence product decisions
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation
• Curiosity with a strong bias for action. Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment
