What You'll Do Own the end-to-end design of core product features across platforms (iOS, Android, Web). Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to identify user problems and design elegant solutions. Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to drive design decisions and measure success post-launch. Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the product. Champion a user-first mindset and advocate for design excellence across the organization. What We're Looking For 4–7 years of hands-on product design experience in high-growth startups or product-led organizations. Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and high-quality UI work, with emphasis on design rationale and impact. Deep understanding of mobile-first design, interaction patterns, and usability principles. Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools. Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a high bar for craft. Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams. Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments Good to Have Prior experience in fintech or data-heavy consumer products. Familiarity with micro-interactions and motion design. Experience contributing to or managing a design system. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) and product development. Why INDmoney?
