Role Overview

Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

Product & UI Design

• Design 

  clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces

   for B2B SaaS dashboards and workflows.
• Build and maintain 

  design systems, UI libraries, and style guides

   for scalability.
• Create 

  wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

   to bring concepts to life.
• Incorporate 

  micro-interactions and animations

   to elevate user experiences.

User Experience

• Conduct 

  user research and usability testing

   to validate design decisions.
• Translate 

  complex AI and data-driven workflows

   into 

  simple, intuitive experiences

  .
• Identify 

  UX challenges

   and propose 

  data-informed, elegant solutions

  .

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner with 

  product managers and engineers

   for seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Prepare 

  design documentation and assets

   for implementation.
• Ensure designs align with 

  product strategy, user needs, and business goals

  .

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience

   as a 

  Product Designer, UI/UX Designer,

   or similar role.

• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS products

   (portfolio required).
• Strong portfolio showcasing 

  product workflows, dashboards, and scalable design systems

  .
• Proficient in 

  Figma

   (preferred), 

  Sketch

  , or 

  Adobe XD

  .
• Strong understanding of 

  typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

  .
• Comfortable designing for 

  complex AI/data-driven products

   and simplifying user flows.
• Excellent 

  communication skills

   and ability to thrive in a 

  remote, fast-paced startup

  .
• Bonus: Experience with 

  AI-assisted design tools

   (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Canva AI).
