Responsibilities

• Drive the vision and execution of user-centric design strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to define and ship high-impact solutions.
• Own and evolve the design system and processes to scale design quality across products.
• Conduct design reviews and provide actionable, constructive feedback.
• Foster a strong design culture through workshops, critiques, and regular team alignment.
• Represent the design function in leadership forums and decision-making discussions.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of design experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or management role.
• Proven ability to lead design for complex products across mobile/web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing team-led initiatives, design thinking, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent people management skills — mentoring, hiring, and performance feedback.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and balance user needs with business priorities.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.
