    About the Role
    We are looking for a Product Demo Specialist with strong presentation and communication skills to showcase our automation solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in conducting product demos, understanding client requirements, and articulating business value effectively. This role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between the product, sales, and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities
    Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business use cases. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client pain points and align demo solutions accordingly. Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical). Gather feedback during demos and share insights with the product team for enhancements. Prepare and maintain demo scripts, use cases, and presentation materials. Provide pre-sales technical support and address product-related queries. Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to deliver impactful demos. Train internal teams on demo techniques and product knowledge. Required Skills & Experience
    3+ years of experience in product demos, pre-sales, or solution consulting. Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of SaaS / automation solutions / enterprise software (preferred). Ability to handle client objections and provide convincing responses. Hands-on experience in preparing and customizing demo environments. Familiarity with tools like Zoom, MS Teams, or WebEx for remote demos. Technical aptitude to learn and demonstrate software workflows quickly. Good to Have
    Prior experience in automation / RPA / workflow management tools. Knowledge of business process management (BPM). Exposure to working with sales and product development teams.
