Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL Facets and Facets - Claims. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for product improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration. Utilize SQL to manage and manipulate large datasets for reporting and analysis. Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Facets and Facets Claims systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Facets-related issues. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements. Create detailed documentation for product features and system configurations. Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation. Train and mentor junior team members on product functionalities and best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in SQL enabling efficient data management and analysis. Demonstrate expertise in Facets and Facets Claims systems for effective product support. Have experience in the Payer domain providing valuable industry insights. Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges. Show proficiency in creating detailed product documentation. Display strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
