Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant (T) with 12 to 15 years of experience in Spring Boot Microservices Rest API Core Java Oracle/PLSQL/MS SQL Server and Facets-Technical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive product success and innovation. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of product strategies using Spring Boot and Java to ensure high-quality deliverables. Oversee the technical aspects of product development ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Provide expertise in Facets-Technical to enhance product functionality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and product features. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Medicare & Medicaid Claims. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product development and deployment. Implement best practices for software development including agile methodologies and continuous integration. Monitor and evaluate product performance making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on product features and functionalities. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and enhance societal impact. Qualifications Must have extensive experience with Spring Boot and Java. Must possess strong technical expertise in Facets-Technical. Must have in-depth knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. Nice to have experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration. Nice to have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Nice to have strong communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to have experience in leading cross-functional teams.
