Job Description

  • Drive regional product and market strategy for our Asia Pacific businesses
    • Define and drive the APAC product vision, roadmap, and localization strategy in alignment with global product direction and local market needs.
    • Gather and analyze regional market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to inform product decisions and strategic planning.
    • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies to expand product adoption and revenue growth in APAC.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and success of regional product launches.
    • Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs), analyzing results to improve strategy and execution.
  • Lead the 80/20 deployment process from assessment to execution for selected business.
    • Identify opportunities for waste reduction and velocity improvement across operational and transactional functions, including but not limited to supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, customer care, research and development, sales, service, finance and human resources.
    • Deliver breakthrough financial result improving including productivity improvements, enhancements to customer experience
    • Communicate with employees at all levels to engage in problem solving and waste elimination.
  • Execute transformational productivity initiatives to enable us to reinvest in key growth areas :
    • Direct and oversee execution of targeted transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Personally coach/train/develop/assess and deliver impact on most important priorities and metrics for the business.
    • Drive the implementation of 80/20 thinking, methodologies, and tools to reduce complexity, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor, drive and deliver results on key metrics :
    • Collaborate with workstream teams to ensure system for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Track financial performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress, identify counter measures, where needed to drive results.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting achievements, and recommended actions.
