Product Analyst

to work directly with the

Founders and Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product analytics across the funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Build and scale dashboards, cohort views, and retention reports to drive decision-making.
Manage all data pipelines across Amplitude, Postgresql, Appsflyer, and internal data warehouses.
Deep-dive into product features, user journeys, and engagement metrics to identify growth levers and drop-offs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Engineering to influence roadmap with insights.
Run experimentation frameworks and track success KPIs.

Requirements

2+ years in a product/data analytics role at a consumer-tech or scaled app startup.
Tier-1 academic background (IIT/BITS/IIM/ISB or equivalent).
Hands-on with Amplitude, advanced SQL, Excel/Sheets. Bonus: Python/BigQuery/Metabase.
Strong grasp on metrics frameworks (DAU/WAU/MAU, CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, conversion funnels).
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, operate in ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
High ownership mindset – this is not a ticket-based role; you're expected to be a thought partner to founders.
