Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, tech, design, and marketing teams to develop and refine product features.
• Use data to identify user behavior patterns, product opportunities, and marketing performance.
• Conduct customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to optimize product experience and acquisition strategies.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for product improvements and business growth.
• Support go-to-market strategies and customer engagement initiatives with data-backed recommendations.
• Continuously monitor product performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA with specialization in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for product thinking.
• Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Familiarity with Python/R is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Interest in the fintech domain and digital product development.

Good to Have:

• Internship/project experience in product, marketing analytics, or data science.
• Exposure to marketing funnels, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboards.
