Business Analyst Executive

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of merchant network of Radiant Acemoney while coordinating with Zonal Sales Team and need based with other verticals within Radiant Acemoney eco system. It will be a multi tasking role and with a core objective will be to work as enabler to increase in generating revenue for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide important and relevant dashboard to channel sales team on T+1 basis the performance of the their mapped merchant network on each important revenue line items

· Daily Tracking of productivity of front line team members Vs target assigned to them on parameters

· Strong bonding/interaction with front line as well as middle management team members and keep pushing them for increased delivery

· With Innovating ideas in place; rolling out product specific campaigns/ RnR among zones on regual basis

· Value Added Services Go to market planning; execution and delivery

· Buzz in social media in coordination with Corporate Communication and marketing team

· Compilation of weekly/monthly management review sheets/PPTs

· SPOC with VAS proposed tie-ups of quick integration

Qualifications:

· Mid level Excel knowledge including Power point presentation

· Knowledge in Data Analytics

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in BC Banking/API lead merchant network banking in driving sales and Enabling Value Added services (Non banking) domain within the fintech industry.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on profitability and efficiency.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,029.02 - ₹50,702.90 per month
