Technical Support Executive

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the hardware and software aspects of devices/portal being deployed at Radiant Acemoney network while coordinating with Internal stake holders and need based with external stake holders. It will be a multi tasking role and with a core objective will be to work as enabler to increase in generating revenue for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide the technical support to Channel Sales team for across States and if required reaching out to merchants in coordination with mapped sales team member

· Monitoring and arranging closure if Call logs in the Customer Support system/help desk in support with Customer support team……on a T+1 mechanism basis intimation to channel sales network

· Logistics management i.e. from supply to stocking to recon in coordination with Central team who is managing logistics and respective zonal teams

· Basis trouble shooting/closure of Merchants operational issues

Qualifications:

· Mid level Excel knowledge

· Knowledge in Device handling and user management

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in BC Banking/API lead merchant network banking in technical/hardware domain within the fintech industry.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on profitability and efficiency.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritie

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,572.80 per month
