Job description: Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis:Identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes through research and data analysis. Product Strategy and Planning:Developing and recommending strategies to optimize product development, including roadmaps, feature prioritization, and product positioning. Customer Interaction:Providing product information, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues for customers, both in person and remotely. Sales and Promotion:Promoting products, providing sales support, and educating customers about product features and benefits. Technical Support:Troubleshooting technical issues with products and guiding customers to solutions. Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing data on product performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration:Working with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective product development. Training and Knowledge Sharing:Providing training on products and related technologies, and sharing knowledge with internal teams. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
