Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and explain Shaadi.com’s membership plans and products.
Advise customers on suitable packages and assist them through the registration or upgrade process.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer queries.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain call records and update customer details accurately.
