About the Role:

Producer

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end production of campaign videos and content pieces.
Work closely with scriptwriters, directors, editors, and content teams to ensure timely delivery.
Handle logistics for shoots including scheduling, permissions, talent coordination, and location scouting.
Ensure content aligns with the political narrative, messaging tone, and campaign strategy.
Maintain quality control and manage post-production timelines and edits.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a producer, preferably in political, documentary, or digital content.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Understanding of political context and ability to respond quickly to campaign needs.
Willingness to travel for on-ground shoots when required.
