We are seeking a highly creative individual to join our team as a 2D designer. Please note that experience in the events industry is mandatory. Responsibilities: Developing creative concepts for event graphics, including Key Visuals, Logo designs, backdrops, stage designs visuals, and digital displays. Keeping up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, software, and technologies to enhance event visuals. Producing clear and visually appealing signage for wayfinding, information, and promotional purposes. Creating graphics for digital displays, social media promotion, and event websites. Designing and preparing print-ready files for materials such as invitations, brochures, and event programs. Working closely with the Client Servicing and Production teams to understand event requirements and ensure visual alignment. Overseeing the production of graphic materials, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Considering the physical event space and adapting designs to fit the environment and enhance the overall atmosphere. Maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring that all event graphics reflect the client's or organization's brand identity. Designing and implementing event-specific branding elements, ensuring consistency across all visual materials. Show more Show less
