As a part of the production leadership team, your role will involve managing the end-to-end execution of ad film projects. This includes ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest creative standards. Your level of responsibility will be determined by your experience, ranging from overseeing individual projects as a Producer to leading large-scale productions and managing teams as a Senior or Executive Producer. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the production of multiple ad film projects, ensuring smooth execution across all stages. - Collaborate with directors, creative teams, and clients to align on project vision, timelines, and deliverables. - Plan and oversee pre-production activities, including budgeting, scheduling, crew selection, and location scouting. - Manage on-set operations, ensuring adherence to production plans, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining efficiency. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and talent to secure necessary resources. - Oversee post-production timelines, including edits, sound design, VFX, and final deliveries. - Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations while staying within budget constraints. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. **Additional Responsibilities by Level:** - *Producer:* Manage individual projects independently while coordinating with Senior and Executive Producers. - *Senior Producer:* Oversee multiple productions simultaneously, mentor junior producers, and drive efficiencies in processes. - *Executive Producer:* Lead the overall production department, set strategic direction, manage high-level client relationships, and drive business growth. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in ad film production, preferably with a production house or agency for Producer level. - 8+ years of experience with leadership in production processes for Senior Producer level. - 12+ years of experience, with proven expertise in managing large-scale productions and business growth for Executive Producer level. - Deep understanding of ad filmmaking processes, from pre-production to post-production. - Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative and business teams. **Preferred:** - Experience working on high-budget ad films or branded content. - Available to join immediately.,
