As an experienced Producer at the company, you will be responsible for managing high-profile productions, collaborating with celebrities, and overseeing projects from concept to completion. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the full production lifecycle, from pre-production planning to final delivery - Collaborating with directors, writers, and creative teams to bring projects to life - Handling scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination - Working closely with celebrities and talent, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow - Maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders and partners - Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Producer in film, television, commercials, or related media - Strong background in working with and managing celebrities in a professional setting - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines - Experience handling contracts, negotiations, and talent coordination - A strong network within the entertainment and media industry is a plus This position is based in India and may require travel for shoots, talent management, or production requirements.
