Inc42 Media is looking for a Producer to ideate and execute digital content, brand awareness campaigns, and strategic partnerships..The role will work closely with sales, editorial, video, and marketing teams to define content, events and IPs under BrandLabs that address client needs. Also, manage end-to-end execution for all assigned projects and ensure goals, milestones, and client deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Additionally, the Producer will curate, manage, and coordinate speakers across Inc42’s events, IPs, and editorial initiatives — building relationships, expanding the speaker network, and ensuring seamless participation across projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
Videos / Podcasts
Ideating new video concepts for clients.
Research, script, produce and package video stories
Execute end-to-end production for both online and physical:
Podcast
Reel-format content
Video stories for website & social media
Webinars/Panel discussions
Roundtables
Event Highlights
Manage production workflow:
A. Speaker outreach, confirmation, and coordination
B. Virtual Recording/shooting
C. Onground production (shoot, set ups)
D. Post-production (would require working closely with the video editors)
E. Build marketing content for promoting the videos
Events - IPs & Roundtables
Collaborating for events of Inc42 Media as a part of the event curation team
Your role would require you to be the single point of contact for all the coordination between the client, speaker, curation, and marketing team at Inc42
Working closely with the curation team on backstage setups, in-house dry runs, designs, and other event-related requirements
Working with the marketing team on planning and execution of event promotion content (both pre and post)
Guest Desk & Speaker Management
Speaker Database Management:
Build and maintain a robust database of potential speakers across industries.
Categorise speakers by expertise, geography, seniority, and relevance.
Continuously identify emerging voices and industry leaders through strong research.
Project-Specific Speaker Curation: Understand project themes and curate speaker lists accordingly for:
Conferences
Summits
Courses
Video IPs & Editorial properties
Client Events: Roundtables & Panel Discussions
Outreach & Coordination: Manage end-to-end communication, including:
Craft compelling outreach messages and invitations.
Conduct Pre-sync calls & Session briefings
Day-of-event coordination: Liaise with internal teams—content, logistics, marketing—to ensure seamless execution.
Networking
Build and maintain a strong network of industry leaders and potential speakers.
Represent Inc42 professionally to founders, CXOs, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Articles
Ideating concepts of native content for clients
Writing feature articles for clients with the use of exhaustive research from primary and secondary sources and also revising/reviewing articles, marketing content, proposals based on feedbacks
Ensure Inc42’s editorial guidelines and rules are followed even in branded content
Professional Traits
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal abilities.
3–5 years of experience across content production (videos, events, and articles), including ideation, scripting, packaging, and speaker acquisition or similar roles in media/events.
Experience conducting video interviews with confidence and a strong on-camera presence is a major plus.
Proven expertise in managing the end-to-end production lifecycle — pre-production, production, and post-production — across both virtual and on-ground shoots.
Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and WordPress.

Strong organisational capability with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
