Procurement Manager

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Vendor Development & Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials (glass sheets, aluminum profiles, hardware fittings, etc.). Maintain long-term vendor relationships with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery. Purchase Planning & Execution: Plan procurement activities based on production and project timelines. Ensure availability of inventory without overstocking. Monitor purchase requisitions and convert them to purchase orders efficiently. Negotiation & Cost Management: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions. Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal and external regulations. Maintain purchase records, GRNs, invoices, and supplier agreements. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with production, store, and logistics teams for timely material availability. Liaise with accounts for payment processing and with management for budget planning. ERP/System Utilization: Work on procurement modules of ERP systems for smooth tracking and reporting. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Engineering/Supply Chain or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Tally/Busy/SAP/Zoho etc.) Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
