Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive RFPs in a hybrid model: obtain quotes, prepare rate and technical comparisons, and provide category-specific support within defined TAT.
Negotiate with vendors on pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements as needed.
Process purchase orders within agreed timelines.
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers/vendors.
Maintain trackers for vendor evaluations and SLA reviews; ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Review open POs regularly and support audits related to procurement.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to analyze technical and commercial proposals.
Experience in procurement processes and compliance.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Experienced in managing
end-to-end procurement processes
using top-tier platforms like
Oracle, SAP, and Ariba
.
Strong focus on
P2P (Procure-to-Pay)
and
S2P (Source-to-Pay)
solutions.
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
for spend analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation.
Skilled in
PowerPoint
for creating executive-level presentations.
