1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS items, and services.
2. Forecast material requirements based on project timelines and coordinate with project teams.
1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors with a strong focus on quality and cost.
2. Negotiate long-term contracts and pricing structures with key suppliers.
3. Ensure vendor compliance with technical and quality standards.
1. Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
2. Prepare and monitor procurement budgets and ensure alignment with project cost estimates.
1. Oversee the procurement cycle, including RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, PO issuance, and delivery follow-ups.
2. Ensure timely delivery and logistics coordination for project sites.
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation in ERP/SAP systems.
1. Collaborate with engineering, project management, quality, and finance teams.
2. Support internal stakeholders on technical procurement issues and approvals.
1. Stay abreast of global and domestic market trends, price fluctuations, and regulatory changes.
2. Benchmark vendor pricing and ensure competitive sourcing.
