Role & responsibilities Strategic Procurement Planning: 1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS items, and services. 2. Forecast material requirements based on project timelines and coordinate with project teams. Vendor Development & Management: 1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors with a strong focus on quality and cost. 2. Negotiate long-term contracts and pricing structures with key suppliers. 3. Ensure vendor compliance with technical and quality standards. Cost Optimization & Budgeting: 1. Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards. 2. Prepare and monitor procurement budgets and ensure alignment with project cost estimates. Procurement Operations: 1. Oversee the procurement cycle, including RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, PO issuance, and delivery follow-ups. 2. Ensure timely delivery and logistics coordination for project sites. 3. Maintain accurate records and documentation in ERP/SAP systems. Cross-functional Coordination: 1. Collaborate with engineering, project management, quality, and finance teams. 2. Support internal stakeholders on technical procurement issues and approvals. Market Intelligence: 1. Stay abreast of global and domestic market trends, price fluctuations, and regulatory changes. 2. Benchmark vendor pricing and ensure competitive sourcing. Preferred candidate profile 10-12 years in procurement, with minimum 5 years in solar/renewable energy EPC Experience with Indian Railways, PSUs as client will be an added advantage

Role & responsibilities Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) to drive business decision-making. Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and budgeting reports. • Work on strategic accounting financial analysis to improve financial processes. Utilize advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros) for financial modeling and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights. • Analyse operational costs and financial performance to recommend optimization strategies. Support management with investment analysis, cash flow forecasting, and profitability assessments. Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and industry regulations. Manages PMO-finance as a controller to monitor and report budget vs. actual vs forecast for respective FY on monthly or weekly basis as per desired governance. Preferred candidate profile 3 - 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Strategic Accounting Must have strong knowledge in Strategic Financial Analysis and Decision Support Must have strong knowledge in Advanced Financial Modeling & Tools(Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros) Experience with ERP systems or financial reporting tools preferred
