Procurement Manager

As an experienced Procurement Manager in the building materials industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials. You will play a crucial role in meeting project requirements by executing procurement plans and collaborating with internal stakeholders for alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute procurement plans to meet project requirements. - Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve favorable terms. - Analyze market trends and optimize procurement processes for efficiency. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry. - Strong negotiation and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
