Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings, while ensuring high-quality supply chain operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best terms and conditions. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions. Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits of procurement processes and supplier performance. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships.
