Description We are seeking an experienced Computer Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing computer systems and ensuring their optimal performance. This role involves monitoring system operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end-users. Responsibilities Monitor and control computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. Perform regular system checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Maintain and update software and hardware components as needed. Document and report on system performance and any incidents that occur. Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and applications. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any computer-related issues. Skills and Qualifications 10-12 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, TALLY Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking components. Experience with monitoring tools and software for system performance. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
