Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and coordinate the procurement process from planning to execution.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of procurement initiatives.
Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience with procurement software and systems is an asset.
