Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the finishing process of aluminum sheets using tension levellers and other equipment. Ensure quality control measures are in place to meet customer requirements. Coordinate with production team to optimize workflow and minimize delays. Troubleshoot issues related to sheet metal fabrication and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels and productivity metrics. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of aluminum sheet processing techniques, including tension levelling. Ability to work effectively with various types of machinery, such as sheet metal fabricators. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask. 10-20 years of experience in manpower management, preferably in an industrial setting.
