Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract management.
Develop and implement effective purchase strategies to optimize costs and improve quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.
Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for appliances and electronics categories.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, accounts) to ensure smooth operations.
Track market trends, product pricing, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Good knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
