Role & responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the assigned brand and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination for e-commerce activities. Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.), ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and competitive pricing. Execute marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and advertisements, to drive traffic and sales. Monitor category performance and provide data-driven insights for improving sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Coordinate with creative and content teams to enhance product pages with compelling images, videos, and descriptions. Work closely with the supply chain and inventory management team to ensure stock availability and minimize order fulfillment issues. Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to make informed decisions. Generate regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and key e-commerce metrics. Assist in new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, category management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.) and e-commerce best practices. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to track performance metrics and insights. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
