Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Key Account Management (E-commerce & Quick Commerce)

• Manage and grow relationships with platforms such as

  Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Myntra, BigBasket

  , etc.
• Lead Joint Business Plans (JBP), negotiations, and quarterly reviews.
• Ensure top-line and bottom-line targets are met.

2. Shopify D2C Website Management

• Manage the brands

  Shopify store

  end-to-end:
• Product listing, pricing updates, inventory mapping
• Website merchandising & homepage updates
• Order tracking, fulfilment coordination, and returns
• Work with developers on website improvements and UI/UX enhancements.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rate, and cart abandonment.

3. Sales & Growth Ownership

• Achieve revenue targets across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C.
• Plan visibility, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales performance.
• Monitor and improve platform KPIs such as OOS %, fill rate, delivery SLAs, etc.

4. Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with Supply Chain for inventory forecasting and replenishment.
• Ensure accurate stock planning across all platforms including Shopify.
• Resolve operational issues like cancellations, order delays, or stock mismatch.

5. Marketing & Performance

• Execute platform promotions, discounts, and ads for marketplaces.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams for

  Shopify D2C campaigns

  (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Analyse ROI and optimise marketing spending.

6. Data & Business Insights

• Analyse daily/weekly sales data and create performance dashboards.
• Track category trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behaviour.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years in E-commerce or Key Account Management roles
• Experience with

  Shopify D2C operations

  is mandatory
• FMCG, D2C, Retail, or Consumer Brand background preferred

• having experience in

  international e-commerce

  , specifically Amazon.com and Walmart etc
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
  
• Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar (preferred)
