Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4HANA Procurement Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP Procurement (MM, Ariba, S/4HANA) and will be responsible for leading procurement transformation initiatives, managing end-to-end implementations, and driving process improvements. This role requires both technical and functional knowledge, along with leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Procurement solutions, including MM, Ariba, and Central Procurement.
Collaborate with business users to understand procurement requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Drive Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvements, vendor management, purchase requisition, purchase orders, contracts, and invoice management.
Provide strategic guidance and best practices on procurement processes in S/4HANA.
Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of procurement initiatives.
Work closely with other SAP module leads (FI, CO, SD, PP, WM, EWM) for seamless integration.
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and organizational project management standards.
