With a focus on health, taste, and speed, the brand aims to redefine salad-based meals in India. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and reliable Procurement Lead to manage sourcing and supply of fruits and vegetables . The ideal candidate will have strong vendor relationships, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of quality control and shelf life in the fresh produce segment. Note: The candidate must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with frequent visits to local mandis , including Azadpur Mandi and others in and around NCR. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure high-quality fruits and vegetables from reliable vendors and farmers. Ensure consistent supply , best pricing, and timely delivery across all store locations. Build and maintain relationships with local farmers, mandis, and wholesale suppliers . Monitor quality and freshness of produce as per brand standards . Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to understand and forecast demand. Negotiate contracts and maintain cost-efficiency while ensuring product standards. Implement inventory management and wastage control processes . Stay updated on market trends, seasonal availability, and pricing dynamics. Qualifications & Skills: 5–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail . Prior experience handling fruits and vegetable sourcing is a must . Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Understanding of cold chain logistics and produce handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment .
