Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Procurement Executive. The Procurement Executive will focus on sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, managing procurement processes, liaising with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role also involves analyzing purchasing data, maintaining records, and collaborating with various departments to fulfill operational requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate suppliers, costs, and efficiency.
• Effective Communication skills for vendor negotiations and internal coordination.
• Proficiency in procurement-related software and tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in procurement or a related role preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
