Role & responsibilities

Presales Racking System

• Floating RFQs to approved vendors based on project-specific BOQs and drawings for various racking solutions, including:
  - Stacker Crane Systems (ASRS) - Multideep Shuttle Racking - Rack Clad Warehouses (Standard and Cold Storage)
• For Rack Clad Warehouses, float and manage separate RFQs for multiple requirements such as:
  - Racking, Cladding, Roofing, Insulation, Sprinkler systems, etc.
• Ensure all technical specifications, BOQ, drawings, and clarifications are included in the RFQ.
• Follow up with suppliers for competitive quotations within required timelines.
• Maintain a consolidated quotation record/price database.

Post order – Racking System

• Prepare and update OPS (Order Processing Sheet) for each order.
• Support preparation and revision of CAS (Cost Approval Sheet) if required.
• PO generation on SAP and uploading relevant documents.
• Manage post-order activities after PO release.
• Share material availability updates with Project Execution team (PPC)
• Share approved POs with suppliers and confirm acceptance.
• Maintain PO trackers with updated delivery commitments and status.
• Update trackers for delivery, PO execution, GRN status, and pending issues.
• Follow-up with MDD for drawing approvals, changes, and clarifications.
• Coordinate with Finance for vendor payments and ensure required documents are submitted.
