Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage horticulture activities, including plantation, Plant quality check, landscaping, and team handling.
Procuring plants, Sourcing New vendors and plant varities.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
Supervise and coordinate with teams to ensure efficient nursery operations.
Handeling logistics of plant supply to sites.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in horticulture or a related field
Diploma or degree in relevant discipline (Horticulture, B.Sc Horticulture/Agriculture).
Excellent supervisory skills with ability to manage teams effectively.

Note : Should be okay to travel long distance, Okay to work from Baner and Talegaon MIDC, Somatne fata, Hadapsar.
