Job Description

We are looking for male candidate to work from office at our Head office Chembur - Mumbai.

2nd & 4th Sat and Sun Off.

Role & responsibilities.

Provisioning for RM, PM supply for SCL and Indus branch
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices and Prepare cost analyses.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and all products arrive in good condition.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts for regular RM, PM, Safety & QC related consumables.
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
Maintain and update lists of suppliers, delivery times, and potential future development.
Contact suppliers to resolve missed deliveries and pricing discrepancies.
Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
Arranging transporter for internal material movement and coordinate with warehouse for smooth and timely movement.
Material master management; New material code creation of RM, PM for SCL & Indus Branch.
Coordination with vendor and finance team closely for payment related queries.
Landed cost preparation for SCL & Indus.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication, Analytical, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Time Management.

Familiar with MS Office.
