Procurement Executive (Raw Material, Packaging Material for cosmetic/ personal care)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase or Procurement Executive to manage sourcing activities for raw materials, packaging components, for skin care/ personal care and cosmetics production. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and cost control, preferably within the beauty products or cosmetics industry (skin care, hair care, body care). Key Responsibilities: Identify & evaluate suppliers of raw materials needed for our product formulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency and quality. Coordinate with R&D, quality and production teams to ensure alignment of material specs and delivery. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and availability of cosmetic-grade raw materials and packaging innovations. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, Home care manufacturing. Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and packaging is highly preferred. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, or equivalent). Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
